⚙️ How to Configure
As an administrator, you can manage the User Messages plugin directly from your Buzzy Admin Panel under User Messages Settings.
- Maximum Message Length: Define the limit of characters a user can write in a single message (e.g. 2000 characters).
- Recipient Limits: Restrict the number of users that can be added to a single conversation.
- Auto-Mark as Read: Choose whether messages are automatically marked as read once a user clicks on the conversation thread.
- Thread Retention: Set a time limit (e.g. 365 days) after which inactive conversations are cleaned up to keep the platform fast.
🌐 User Experience
Once activated, users can easily access their personal inbox via their Buzzy account dashboard. From there, they can:
- Start new conversations.
- View active and historical chats.
- Manage settings like leaving a group conversation or archiving threads.
