Olivia Dean reclaimed No. 1 on Australia’s ARIA Albums Chart with The Art of Loving. The album earned its 14th non-consecutive week at the top, after first debuting at No. 1 in October 2025.
The chart also brought a surprise for Australian rock fans: V.Spy V.Spy’s 40th-anniversary reissues landed at No. 7 and No. 8.[1]
2 Megan Thee Stallion brings Tina Snow back for another freestyle

Megan Thee Stallion’s new track “Is You Cool?” is the second release in her “Tina Tuesday” freestyle series, bringing back her Tina Snow alter ego. The song pairs her fiery rap with mellow production from Drumma Boy and Cassh Jay.
The video sets the performance in a snowy landscape, with Megan in an all-white look and platinum-blonde wig. She is also teasing her next album, Act III, though no release date has been announced.[2]
3 Ella Langley cancels Tulsa concert after a reported security threat

Country singer Ella Langley canceled her October 9 concert at Tulsa’s BOK Center shortly before showtime. She said the decision followed advice from local authorities, the venue and her security team, citing safety concerns for fans, staff and her crew.
The cancellation was a serious last-minute change for concertgoers. Tulsa police later said they found no credible threat after investigating a threatening call, according to coverage published the next day.[3]
4 The Beatles’ ‘Rubber Soul’ returns to the Australian chart

A new Super Deluxe edition sent The Beatles’ 1965 album Rubber Soul back onto the ARIA Albums Chart at No. 4. It also reached No. 1 on the chart’s On Replay Catalogue Albums list.
The reissue’s chart return is a fresh reminder of the album’s long afterlife: ARIA notes that Rubber Soul spent 11 weeks at No. 1 in Australia in 1966.[1]
