Autumn is the perfect time to settle in with an anime that offers warmth, gentle humor, and a welcome escape from everyday stress. Mitsumi's country upbringing also brings a refreshing perspective to ordinary school life, especially as she befriends the more reserved Shima.
Skip and Loafer is particularly enjoyable for its lively group of classmates, whose friendships grow through school trips, after-class conversations, and shared experiences. Mitsumi and Shima's gentle romantic development adds another layer of sweetness without overshadowing the anime's relaxed atmosphere.
